The Search tab has a Send diagnostics button at the bottom, which makes a text file you can attach to your email.

Getting your games back

Games you've bought are tied to your Apple Account. Open the Search tab on a new iPhone or iPad and the games you own unlock again, or tap Restore purchases at the bottom of that tab.

Redeeming a free game

Open the code's link on the iPhone or iPad you play on and confirm in the App Store. If it says the code has already been used, email me with the code.

Adding players

Type everyone's names, separated by commas, then drag one name onto another to put them on a team.

Adding players by voice was removed in 1.2.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for in-app purchases. Report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with.
